Leadership Assessment Questions - How would others rate you?

RATING SCALE - 1 – Strongly Disagree, 2 – Disagree, 3 – Neither Agree or Disagree
4 – Agree, 5 – Strongly Agree

1. Effectively engages others to improve service delivery and follow-through on problem resolution. (Service Delivery)

Stephen this is excellent. I have developed similar models for clients engaged in project management and the more of these activities the better. One great way to use this would be to ensure a person receives maybe 3 or 4 sets of data back on themselves based on this questionnaire. That way they get great feedback.
